I am not too worried about my gain. It's due to it being that time of the month and I ate a lot of salt yesterday so I am bloated. I am going to try and drink 8oz of water with a tablespoon of ACV and see if that helps any with this bloaty feeling. Overall, things are pretty good. My situation hasn't improved much but my outlook remains very positive. :)
