Well I drank away any potential weekend weight loss, gotta love being 25 on a diet. Not to mention my conservative "free day" became a free for all because of said drinks. Another week. Another try.... sadly these are the times I wish I worked 7 days a week because I do SO much better on week days. Weekends I can NEVER seem to keep my goals!
