Looking at my food diary and comparing to weight loss - I am going to have to get back to 800 calories a day, maybe concentrate of fruit and vegetables for the bulk of carb calories, maintain the protein amounts, and cut out breads.
Been shoveling snow and dancing.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 January 2023:
956 kcal Fat: 53.05g | Prot: 51.52g | Carb: 67.01g.   Breakfast: Almond Cookie, Coffee, Kirkland Signature Unsweetened Almond Milk. Lunch: Dunkin' Donuts Plain Cream Cheese, Cabbage, Egg, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). Dinner: Great Value Gummy Worms, Chinese Pastry (made with Rice Flour). Snacks/Other: Spectrum Chia Seeds, Golden Corral Banana Pudding. more...

That's basically what I do - my carbs are most often fruits and veggies now...corn and wheat are usually our...and I need to moderate rice and potatoes, too. Bread is out unless it is a special meal and I moderate the amount I eat because of the wheat

Yup. Most people struggle with bread. I gave it up and the pounds came off easily. That means pizza, too.

Watch the fruits. They have sugar, even if natural. And only eat them the first half of the day. I can't remember why but someone who was fit once told me that. Look it up. Also, not all veggies are low carb. Read a Keto Plan and it will tell low carb veggies to eat.
