I'm staying on plan, but I've had the jitters (shaky) for the last few days. Checked my blood sugar and it is fine. I have no idea where these symptoms came from. Maybe need to eat inbetween meals a little more often.

Sounds like that is what you need. Every 2-3 hours, a couple of bites of 'something'. (1-3 Carbs / snack) and make sure there is a protein or fat in the snack. Not just a carb. And during hotter weather, be sure you are keeping pace w/ your water throughout the day. Much Love.

Try drinking the chicken broth. I know it's hot, but it really helps.

A good friend of mine said to eat a snack every 2 to 3 hours and that
keeps you from getting hungry. So I bet that would help with the jitters.. Have a terrific day....Bren

Sorry to hear that, hope you are feeling a little better today. I tend to get that if I don't drink enough. I know with my job because I am on the road a lot I don't drink as much as I should cos can't go to bathroom every time I want to.....
