I did not weigh today. I think I over ate my healthy fats and I don't want to see a gain! I ate total 4 cups of salads yesterday. And this was packed cups. The only thing I have been using as a dressing has been EVOO/Bragg Vinegar. And this caused me to go way over my fats and under in veggies. I also ate one other serving of veggies, fried cabbage.
Why is a salad not counted as a veggie? And I'm not talking about 4 cups of iceberg lettuce. This salad was baby greens and lots of different leaves :-(
