Good Morning Everyone, Lost a little more this morning. I thought I would faint seeing the 196. Sure made getting up worth it. I ate a lot of healthy fat yesterday and I was scared to get on the scales. I'm sooo glad I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
196.8 lb Lost so far: 103.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
