Drink more water and tea and eat veggies - most are so low cal it won't matter much, and the water and tea fills you up.

I agree, Freeand63. Also -- & I'm new on here so I don't know if it's okay to say this, but -- at times like that, I also find it helpful to use a certain widely-advertised product that starts with an H, that they make with & without caffeine formulas. That being said, I learned many years ago from a pharmacist that your body gets used to anything after a week to 10 days. Also, I have found that FOR ME (& everyone's system is different), I get even hungrier after using this product for just a few days. But at the beginning, for me, it works great. I just have to lay off after a couple of days and prep for what's coming.

Sorry I'm being dense but what product? Message me?

H? Is it something herbal? I use 1 teaspoon of vegetarian bouillon mixed in 1 mug of boiling water and add 1 or 2 ice cubes to drink it sooner. :) In the summer I just have a decaf iced tea. I keep a pitcher of flavored water in the refrigerator at all times. I might drink 2-4 cups a day of that.

Herbal tea and broth really help. I love hot bone broth or vegetable broth especially in the winter. I'm not one for diet pills most of them have been disproven and just eat up your available $$. Those $$ better spent on whole natural food.

I agree with Wholefoodnut. I'm training again, so have lots of food being put in front of me. Yesterday I ate without thinking. Tonight I will be going home to soup because while I did better today, I still ate what the company provided. It's a rough world and only 3 pm :(

When we work through lunch the company brings in pizza 99% of the time. So instead of cold, usually partially done pizza I opt for eating what I brought for lunch. Certainly nicer on my body and tastes better also

Fruit doesn't have a lot of calories maybe you can have that. Banana and some grapes thats what I use when I have that predicament then get your workout in. Good luck

I understand. I have a lot of problems at 3 pm.

Not true, Lihletruelove. Fruit is full of sugars, so it spikes your blood sugar which then causes you to store fat. Among all fruits, grapes are one of the worst for that. Fruit juices are even worse than whole fruits. Nutritionists are saying that fruit juices are adding to the growing obesity problem, especially among children. I might go with the banana, though, since it contains fat, which takes longer to digest and keeps you feeling full longer.

Apples are amazing, full of fiber and lots of nutrients. Keeps me happy for awhile after work until dinner is ready.

carrots, celery and if you need something to carry you over, a teaspoon/tablespoon of peanut butter (reduced cal). I know the peanut butter may take you over, but it's healthier and the protein should hold you. I would start out with one teaspoon and if you need more, take another one a couple hours later. Exercise, walk to try to burn some of it off.
