Well, been up since 2:30 and it’s 6:45 now and I’ve already done everything on my To Do list, including walking a mile. With the walking I’ll do at the Fall Festivals today, I’ll probably break my six-day record (1.3 miles)!! Hooray! I thank God that my knees haven’t been hurting lately, which has allowed me to walk.

Allowing myself one extra Diet Coke at the event today, but mostly I’ll be drinking water. I’ve already gotten in two bottles this morning, and I use the 16-oz bottles now.

So I'm not the only one who wakes up at insanely early hours? 🤔 Yay for the walking. You may find as you take off weight, your knee gets less crabby. Mine sure did when I made my first 30 pound drop
