Those are my fav too!!! One year for V-day I made them homemade for my boyfriend...they were better than any boxed version. thank god they are a ton of work to make then I would have an issue... however I found a paleo version that tastes just like them. Takes no more than 20min to make. I have to post the recipe sometime...its in my cook book.

I think we should petition Girl Scouts to sponsor an UnBake Sale in conjunction with Bolthouse Farms. Heard of those?

Only thing I know about Bolthouse is their blue cheese yogurt salad dressing.

When I was a kid a neighbor was a VP for Burries cookies, they used to make the Girl Scout cookies. We were test subjects for new cookies. One condition for unlimited cookie samples we had to critique them!! What a job for kids!!! I've been good the last 2 years, no girl scout cookies. It doesn't work to freeze them, they are good frozen especially those gooey caramel ones and the thin mints. Bolthouse is OK for premade dressings, handy to have a couple in the frig. Would rather make my own. The blue cheese in my frig right now is blue cheese, a bit of salt and pepper, olive oil and raspberry balsamic vinegar. Yummy!!
