weighed 121 at docs...going down to 115 ..maybe lower...blood work was perfect...BP sucked.so makes no sense.....first one was 160/90...2nd one 140/60....he switched me to another diuretic to see if it will help...for me weight loss always lowers BP..and I feel so so much better being really skinny...

walking 4 miles tomorrow and walk/running a 5K on Saturday at 7AM..mostly walking...

staying vegan fat free of course....new doc is a vegan too..it was all good...he knows all the people I follow...Dr. Colin Campbell, the China Experiment and Drs John McDougall and Caldwell Esselstyn...all 3 fat free vegans..
