Weight down 4/10 of a pound this morning, hallelujah! Into the 238's.

Bought a bag of Halloween candy to give the kids a piece when I take my granddaughter home 3x/week. I've been allowing myself to indulge in having one of the mini Twix bars (50 calories) each day. Today, I had TWO pieces. Still, my calories for the day are only going to be 1,522. Don't want to do that every day, though. Well, actually, I DO want to do that every day, but I'm going to try not to.

Knee has still been hurting every day. Have had to use the Diclofenac every day for a couple of weeks now, and have had to take a pain pill most days. Yesterday was especially bad, and I had to take a pain pill two times. Thankfully, today I'm not having to take any.

Made a delicious Chinese Casserole for lunch. Meant to take a picture. It's so pretty with the three colors of sweet peppers, plus the celery and onions. I've started making the pieces of vegetables larger, and leaving a little crunch in them when I cook them. YUM!!! Lunch was so good, I might have the same thing again for dinner (which will mean I don't get my fiber in from not having my butter beans, but it might be worth it!)

ok, on to the full sink and a half of dishes generated from cooking! OR, I could do my Bible reading. Yeah, the dishes can wait a half hour or so. I'm sure they'll still be there when I'm done!
238.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

So happy for you that you are losing. It always surprises me how you can eat candy, etc. and still lose. If I eat some corn, potatoes, or beans I gain.
