234 is great!!!But, its after a workout...graduations parties abound, so I have to watch it...had a small dinner party last night and was very careful and was rewarded at this morning's weigh in!!!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
