So bummed! I just entered my food from dinner last night, and what a nightmare!!! We went out for dinner to Outback Steakhouse and I thought I was being good by ordering a 6oz filet with a double portion of mixed vegetables. Reality is...the filet had 518 calories and 41.6 grams of fat! OMG!!! And then there is the sodium...550 grams of sodium in the steak alone. I could cry. Next time I will have to order chicken and make sure they don't put any butter on the veggies. The silver lining in all of this is if it wasn't for this site, I never would have been aware of how bad my "good" meal really is. Knowledge is power!

On the bright side though, you did a great job in trying to order a healthy meal. You can look up nutritional info on lot's of places before you go. The grilled shrimp at outback with a baked potato and veggies is a great choice too.

That's me too, sitting in a restaurant trying to look up the nutritional info on my phone before I order my meal. And you can usually ask them for that sort of information too when you sit down.
