I gained another pound. I don't know what is going on.
I added strawberries and I am using almond flour, but I don't think that will do it since I still lose eating almonds.
I am also a week away from my period and I have not gone to the bathroom in three days. I am drinking water and eating flaxmeal and the atkin bars but nothing.

Sure the impending period, along w/ no bowel movements can cause stalls and gains for some but you really should rethink your situation. Almond meal is not almonds. There could be a reason why you gain using almond meal when you dont consuming just plain almonds, in their natural form. Try cutting it from your diet for a week or two and see if it improves. Also, Atkins bars are notorious for the same thing.

PMS and not going to the bathroom can both make you show a gain. Make sure you are getting enough fiber. I can't do Atkins because it causes me too many problems. So i have to do a slightly different version.

Even on the Atkins site where they are selling the bars they tell you that if you stall to cut back or eliminate bars, etc. Your body may be reacting to the artificial sweeteners in the bars. Eliminate them and you might be back to normal. Also, if you are drinking diet anything stop and go to iced tea, water, plain sparkling waters with no added sugars or non-sugars. We get hooked to the sweet things and ridding ourselves of the sweet cravings will bring weight loss. Give it a try.
