The weekend is over... It was a good one. I had a very intense total body workout with my trainer on Friday and then did a 40 min walk with 5% incline in the evening. I did my running workout on Saturday morning and then we all went up to Sedona and had an amazing 4 miles walk along a creek. I sent my daughter off to camp this morning. It was very nerve-wracking. After she texted me that she was at the gate I wanted to go to Starbucks or ColdStone creamery and ease my separation anxiety with food. I didnt, just went straight home and had my breakfast and felt better. My husband and I spent our day running errands, shopping, going to a gym for a little bit. After our workout we went to COSTCO and bought a baked chicken. I came back home thinking: "Forget the diet! I am going to eat that whole chicken all by myself". Well, I couldnt!!! I ate one breast without skin, and was full. We saved that chicken for tomorrow's lunch and I was so proud of myself. The chicken was a little bit salty though, so I am drinking a lot of water. I will probably be up tomorrow but I know it's just water and am not worried.
I am changing my workouts next week. I am going to do running Mon, Wed, Fri and weight training on Tue and Sat. If I feel like I can do more I will add some more cardio and go swimming on Thur.
