The weekend is over... It was a good one. I had a very intense total body workout with my trainer on Friday and then did a 40 min walk with 5% incline in the evening. I did my running workout on Saturday morning and then we all went up to Sedona and had an amazing 4 miles walk along a creek.
I sent my daughter off to camp this morning. It was very nerve-wracking. After she texted me that she was at the gate I wanted to go to Starbucks or ColdStone creamery and ease my separation anxiety with food. I didnt, just went straight home and had my breakfast and felt better. My husband and I spent our day running errands, shopping, going to a gym for a little bit. After our workout we went to COSTCO and bought a baked chicken. I came back home thinking: "Forget the diet! I am going to eat that whole chicken all by myself". Well, I couldnt!!! I ate one breast without skin, and was full. We saved that chicken for tomorrow's lunch and I was so proud of myself. The chicken was a little bit salty though, so I am drinking a lot of water. I will probably be up tomorrow but I know it's just water and am not worried.

I am changing my workouts next week. I am going to do running Mon, Wed, Fri and weight training on Tue and Sat. If I feel like I can do more I will add some more cardio and go swimming on Thur.

Starbucks is good but The Cold Stone Creamery kills me every time I get even close. It also took me a long time to try those Rotisserie Chickens at Costco but they are pretty good (I'm not too sure about their origins or what they contain though). Anyway, good job at resisting temptation, your chart is looking great!
