I've got a mild cold, damn it!!! This means no swimming tonight, but I still got a total body workout with my trainer in the morning. Oh, boy, was it challenging!!! I have to figure out what to do for cardio tonight, maybe an easy bike workout or even walking with incline to get my minutes in. Change of plans in eating. Went back to somewhat normal food consumption when I eat every 2-3 hours some protein and complex carbs.

It doesnt seem fair. One cheating day bumps my weight up by 2-3 pounds over night and it takes me about 5 days or even a week to get back where I was. What a waste of time!!! INFERENCE: No more cheating!!!
