Today was good. I did my running workout and got 4.8 miles in, burned 710 Cal. That is my record so far. Next running workout is going to be an easy one. I dont want to overdo it. Slow and stable is much better. My weight responded properly. I like the way my chart looks. One more motivation - I dont need my medications any more. My blood sugar, cholesterol, and my blood pressure are NORMAL!!! I cant believe it. I am so happy. But... there is always a but... I have to keep my diet strict and my exercises intense. Well, that is a price I am willing to pay to stay healthy and enjoy life longer.
