Feeling very sluggish with a summer cold here .. most uncool. And my reaction as a rule, when unwell? Eat. At least I am eating Atkins approved food I guess .. cos the other stuff would be far easier (toast and marmite mmm Mmm) I'm picking on cheese lol
PS Stopping logging my food on this site as it seems to be rather out from the Atkins site when it comes to counting carbs, and it's just a potential "fright" I don't need!
