Somewhat annoyingly (half way thru week 2 of Atkins induction) I'm suffering from a horrible headache, but think it may be a headcold, so am going to load up on drugs and hope it goes away soon. Usually I treat headaches with comfort food .. Not today, I have my food all sorted and am still feeling wonderfully smug lol

Its common to get headaches when you cut out carbs. Ive seen a lot of people get them on Atkins. It will get better. Keep going strong, youre doing so well

Thanks Jodie, I had hell headaches last week and they stopped on day 5 which is why I am irked to have it back .. Funny to kinda HOPE it is a headcold LOL My poor body has had caffeine carbs and wine removed! What a detox ;)
