fat = 42.9 % (+0.6)
water = 42.9 % (-0.2)
muscle = 30.1 % (-0.3)
BMI = 32.0 (+0.4)
cal = 1802

Right - track, track, track. In spite of walking 36 km over 3 days & not eating too badly, a 1.5kg gain. Not happy, not happy.
So tracking & walking this week!
