Over did it at the Chinese Buffet. Drats. Then that overeating episode at 5:00pm led me to dipping into and completely finishing an entire bag of Jack Links beef jerky. What the heck... But not one to over analyze the situation, I woke up this morning to a slightly, yes SLIGHTLY more vigorous workout. Nothing punishing, mind you. Just a little extra love and passion in the "double time run in place". Tomorrow will be another day. I want to face it with a smile.
