It's possibly muscle gain, because muscle weighs a lot more than fat does. With from the amount of exercise you do I think this is the case ^^

Are you taking your measuements? Do your clothes feel more loose? You may be losing fat/inches, but it isn't showing up on the scale yet. My friend didn't lose weight for months, but she went down 4 sizes. Its strange how that can happen. Both mean you are losing, just not on the scale. When you get to goal weight, you will be smaller than if you didn't exercise. You can also try to change things up. If you don't use you flex, try having one "high" day. It sometimes jump starts the metabolism (but don't weigh the day after). Wait a few days. You can also change up the duration and intensity of your exercise. Our bodies get used to doing the same thing. Make sure you get in your water, dairy, fruit, veggies and protein. Upping your protein may help. Eat a high protein breakfast will start your metabolism in the morning. Sometimes it's not "how much" we eat, but "what" we eat that can make a difference in weight loss". Good luck!

Thanks I will try all of those things. I have considered that muscle might be the reason I'm not losing weight, and I suppose my clothes do fit a bit better, and I also feel stronger, but I don't look any different in the mirror and the scale isn't any different and that's what's discouraging!
