Week 1 Day 6 (Plyo Insanity for Kenpo x)

SO.... I am a little tired of the scale. After I weigh in on Monday....no more for two weeks. I am going to give p90x time to work. I will say its been a week and I feel alot stronger which is great although the friggin scale is not moving.


I also have a pair of jeans that i had serious muffin top in and not they fit....the new goal is to have them falling off me then I KNOW I have gotten smaller....and i bet the dang scale is still going to say friggin 183.....


Anyway, I tried something a little different today during my Cardio workout. I tried to pace my self a little more and work on my form and going deeper in my squat and further in my pushup, which maed me go a little slower but it felt so good.

It's funny because Shawn T says every time I press play Quality over Speed and it JUST CLICKED.....

I am not completely exhausted and I feel stronger and I don't know how but its been like 6 hours and I have burned 5246 calories.. DAMN GINA! ( anyone who watched Martin, knows who i got that from. )

Anyway, I feel good going to do Stretch x in the morning to finish up my first week. MAN, I ssooooo wish i started with classic but that was then. I have 2 months til my family reunion.

Gotta get it poppin!
