OK this is out of control! For awhile I was still eating relatively well even though I wasn't tracking my foods. Not so much lately. This weight is unacceptable! Time to take charge!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
