Hey Manda!
Best way to bust through your plateau is changing your diet,such as add more carbs, or add more protein.
Another way is to change your routine to seperate days.
Also HIIT is a great way to bust through a plateau. Walk at 3.2 for 5 minutes, then add in 1 minute of running at 6.5 mph, then back down to 3.2 for 5.
