Thanks all. Ugh we found out his written warning lasts for a full 12 months. All for a honest mistake. Means they can pretty much fire him for even small mistakes now :(

It's its of comfort to you, just think that they could have fired him then if they really wanted to. They obviously want to keep him and are giving him a chance. This probably just protects them in case something happens.

Hi Hun, glad hubby still has his job. It sucks that he's sort of on probation but at least he still has his job. Hoping that life goes 'up' from here for you, and that you get heat soon and some respite from all your troubles.

Squiggs, while the probation may seem a bit long, at least he is still working, right! And he will continue to do so, as God will watch over him. It is all part of His master plan, and while it is so hard to understand sometimes, everything that He does is for a reason. I am continuing to pray for you and for your hubby and I want you to know that you are in my thoughts. Hugs and lots of love, my sweet sis!
