Week 3 day 4

ok So I was a bad girl yesterday. I overslept and I told my accountability partner that I was going to workout after work. ...... Well needless to say my cold got worse and I did nothing but go to bed last night.

I ended up doing my shoulders and arms today and I skipped the yoga, which honestly I don't care for in the first place. I will however count yesterday as my rest day and put in the yoga x on Sunday.

I am at work early today, I made my lunch and a few snacks since an going to be in the theatre til ten tonight.

I am also expecting my selzer water today. My crew loves seltzer and we all when in and bought like 20 cases....yeah we are feinds like that.

Its funny because for Lent I decided to give up all liquids other than water and Easter was weeks ago and still find myself leaning towards water. I have a sip of this or that or maybe one cup of coffee every once in a awhile but for the most part its water. Unfortunately, I just knew I would lose a few pounds from that, but that is neither here nor there.

I still feel a lil yucky and coughing but I have my throat wrapped and drinking alka selzer to hopefully make me feel better and on top of ALL that this is one of the worse seasons for allergies....Yes guess who has allergies.

I am know I wrote alot and I am trying not to mkae excuses, but sometimes life happens, but I wil make up that workout on Sunday and eating good for the rest of the week.

On another note did anyone see Jordin Sparks. She lost "30" pounds it looks like more than that. They said she was a twelve and lost 6 sizes in 30 pounds that seems a lil unbelievable. Anybody want to weigh in on that one?

I'm not a P90X Yoga fan either. That day for me usually falls on a Saturday and I'm so busy doing other things that I don't do it. I don't mind the workout itself, just that it takes so long. I hope you feel better so it's easier to stay on track. Good luck!! Oh and I have heard Jordan Sparks lost weight but haven't seen any pics, hopefully she's doing it in a healthy way.

Thanks for the Add AnnieMae (wow it is still funny saying that name) I hope to be the sexy friend this summer and yeah Jordan lost lots.....not sure how she lost it, but it gone....now to keeping it off.
