Had a retirememnt party for a co-worker today - I ate way too much of the goodies brought in by other teachers. Will have to do better tomorrow. I had a few chips with salsa, one craker with tuna salad, had some chicken salad with apples, had some chicken tetrozeni, chicken and broccoli, strawberry,potato salad, cole slaw and salad. Then onto the dessert table- cream puffs, peach pie, bannana pudding, a fudge piece and raspberry truffle. I am afraid I ate a weeks worth of calories at one meal. Will work out extra hard tonight.
Not eating dinner too full from LUNCH LOL
