We had a goodie day today at school - I ate 2 chicken wings, fresh fruit salad and a small sandwich. I do not think I did too bad - however when I went to record my food it would not allow me to record just 2 wings - I had to record 5 so I am WAY over on my calories.


It is so hard whe you go to parties to correctly record what you have eaten- my goal is to get as close to accurate as possible.

to enter 2 wings just use decimal: 0.4 of the full portion will be 2 wings :)

oh, and if you use phone app, it lets you pick 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, so just chose the closest estimate to what you want!

Thank you - was wondering how to do that for a while. When I go to parties I often feel like there is no way to accurately record what I have eaten. I just do my best to try to keep it all under control. Especially when you have a little of this and a little of that.
