Crazy weekly weight loss claim...I don't get this system's application of estimating my weight loss. I gain a pound and then lose a pound and it generates some obscene estimate of losing weight faster than I should. In a weird kind of way it could be rather sabotage'. Yet I keep on keepin' on. My biggest motivator this time around is not the number on the scale, although that is a huge motivator, it's how I am feeling. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I am woman, hear me get small!
