Hello everyone. I am back. I had my voice box removed, but am learning how to talk. They did get all the cancer. I kept having to go back to the hospital and was even in a nursing home for 3 weeks, because I kept having set backs, but I am hopefully, okay now. I've gained weight. About 8 pounds. I want to get started back on eating right again. I'll have to find out what exercises I can do.
Anyway, I missed being here.
