Dissapointed about my gain this week. I really hate holidays that revolve around candy. I tried to resist, but it was futile. I ended up chowing down on candy and did not get to the gym. I'm turning it around this week and will hopefully lose 2-3 pounds to get back on track.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
