HI family,

I feel like I am always starting over. UGH.... I am lacking serious motivation right now. I do have my family reunion in three months literally today so I decided to start p90x. Maybe that will help. I am not sure... I keep falling off the horse, but I guess the good thing is a keep trying to get back on it. My job allows me to have some exercise going up and down stairs all night at the theare. My weight is about the same.

Hey momma!!! We all gotta start somewhere right? I went from good to no bueno... Finally faced the music and decided on a little goal challenge with my girls... Small goal but very motivated and so far doing good!!! Get a partner or feel free to join us!!!! ... I'm so far from my goal (ok 14 lbs).. But feel better than ever and have the most motivation I've had in a year... U got this girl!!

I've been doing P90X lean for about 6 weeks now. I like it because I think it's easy to stick to because your workout is planned for you. There are days when I struggle through, but I try to picture myself more toned and healthy. Good luck to you with the P90X, I hope you have great results!!

I honestly haven't seen a lot of movement in the scale, but I have noticed my pants that were getting tight are feeling comfortable and some of my bulges are going away. Now that I'm in the 2nd month I'm noticing more changes. The fist month I wasn't doing as well with my diet, now that I'm getting more on track with that I'm hoping I see results. I don't follow the nutrition plan to a T, but I use some of the recipes (I love the vegetable soup). When you do lean and in the 2nd month you change to chest, shoulders, and triceps I think for me changing the one exercise really made a difference. Give it some time and I'm sure you'll see results.

Thanks so much Mars, I actually did a 30 min Flirty Girl Fitness also because the Cardio X just did not make me fall out like when I was doing insanity. I may just incorporate another video while I continue to do p90x...
