Greetings,
Today is Day 2, I am feeling good and eating better. I am not completely following the P90x Food guidelines, but I am keeping with the correct calories.
Lordy, I am eating broccoli and hummus and salmon...OH weee I am going to get it. This time....Its only 90 days. I can do this.
I actually did P90x and I also did flirty girl fitness today. The P90 workout was not as hard as i thought it was going to. I am kinda thinking maybe I should do Classic instead of Lean...Hmmmmm?

I am doing P90x Lean, today was cardio x...Look it up online, if you have all the disks you can do the lean one.

If Lean is too easy for you, then you definitely need to move up to Classic. I haven't been able to complete a full round yet, but I was able to stick with Lean much longer. It also got a little boring. I'm more of a weights gal anyway.

Exactly....Amethys.. I am actually going to incorporate some other videos on top of the p90x..just for some variety... I get bored really easily.

I was looking at the difference and its really only the first two days, the rest of the week is the same. I guess I should try to get thru the first week before I start adding stuff.
