Well. I absolutely feel horrible about myself right now. I have totally lost control of my healthy eating and made everything I did over the past few months totally worthless! It makes me very sad that I don't have enough control to keep myself from messing up.
TOMORROW is a NEW Day! I've been rejuvenated by the time spent with family and friends this weekend and now I know that eating these bad foods doesn't help my stress and doesn't help me get in a good mood, being with my friends and feeling good about myself is what makes me happy. Which means NO MORE MESSING UP!!!! Time to get on the healthy train and only get off on rare occasions.
