50 pounds lost milestone. New full body progress pics/comparison and measurements. 50lbs in 7 months. I also maintained my weight from Mid-December til the beginning of March. Hubby came home and had some foot issues that I had to get taken care of. It feels Great to be back on track and hitting new goals. The next two for me are my half way mark at 253lbs, then to break into the 240's!! Thank you Everyone!! :D @Babs The cyst is still in my foot. Small, but i can still feel it. >.< It's not paining me though. So that's good at least and it hasn't gotten any bigger. So I'm hoping this last steroid shot worked.

lmbo Lu. XD I binged on enough cookies the other day to be good on naughty snacks for a MONTH. XD And totally putting my milestone on the green tea. ^.^ Drank like 4 mugs of the stuff yesterday, 8 cups of water, and 1 mug of coffee. ;) I can really put some fluids back when I want to. :P We're grilling steak tonight in honor of my 50lb milestone. ^.^ Yummy yummy steak. Oven roasted olive oil and herb potatoes, and fresh salad. Mmm. And Definately more tea tonight. Might have a mug now, since my potatoes cooked faster than I planned for....and they're awfully tempting. I loves my new BMF armband. ^.^ It's so awesome. I plug it in, and BAM! There's my calories burned for the day. I've burned 2900 cals today. I'll estimate about 1500 for food today. I never log my little peppermints and olive oil and such I season with. Soooo yeah, adding a 100 cals to my consumption. Still puts me at 1400 deficit for the day. ^.^ I've also taken over 11,000 steps today, and got 6:48 mins of sleep last night. :P Such an Awesome device/tool!!
