goooood mornin...another day off from the gym..didnt do all that much yesterday..did go out an rake leaves for about 10 minutes but was so windy i gave up an came back inside an just layed around...when i woke up this morning an walked thru the house...decided another day off from the gym would be a good idea...i have a blue spot on side of knee...its not really my knee thats hurting but it aches when im on it very much...im sure in a few days i will be as good as i can be...might just take it easy till sunday or so...not sure yet...i did think about going today, but never did get dressed to go...decided taking another day off would just be like having 2 days off...an then tomow if i feel like it ..im back in the gym...wait an see...weight is still up but i know its water weight...might go ahead an record it an move on...not really to worried about it...i went thru clothes last night that i had stacked in closet an put them in a trash bag for later when i find someplace to drop them off...sorted thru them just to make sure i couldnt use them..did find a nike sweather that i had picked up last year an couldnt fit into...well now it fits...ive noticed my tummy is shrinking...and alot of the sweaters, coats, shirts that didnt fit before, now are fitting an im able to pull them down to cover my tummy...sooooooo...im happy to see success ....even if the scales arent showing the whole progress...well..gonna get up an eat breakfast...make the bed...and then...not sure....have a great one...

Loosin if you haven't ever heard of it google "Self-Myofascial Release Stretching" I think this is a really good thing to know about when it comes to working out those sore muscles and areas that feel tight on the days that we decide our bodies are saying "No" to the harder physical exercise. Flucking fluctuations, lol, you are doing remarkable Loosing and have been an inspiration to me lately, thank you.TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!

i did finally get on the floor this morning to get some kind of a workout done..wasnt a long workout...just enough to stretch and move around some...and little bit ago went outside to rake them dang leaves again...all you people that dont rake your leaves an let em blow in my yard...how dare you...lol...

Foam roller, dynamic stretching and light cardio all help as Lisa pointed out. Sitting on a fitness ball and rolling back on it works wonders too.

thank you lisa an nelson..i did go an read about self-myofascial release stretching...an after reading about it..i got up an went outside an moved around alittle...by bending down an touching the ground to pick up leaves...
