yes. yes it does.  

Yes, and so does jelly on toast. 

This Registered Dietitian says absolutely yes! But the calories are considered a fruit exchange and concentrated sugar. The filling does not provide the same nutrients and fiber as fresh, canned or frozen. I would rather have a cup of cherries which is much more nutrient dense.  

Like ketchup is a vegetable - kinda, sorta, nah.......

Thank you Andrew! There’s a donut shop in front of our work, and the donuts are huge, so I rarely go in there. May go in there for a fruit serving.😁😋😋😋😔

Erika, ketchup won’t kill you, that’s for sure, but a lotta sugar in it, yet my son went through a bottle a week. He put it on every every everything he just loved it! He’s totally in shape and is a long distance runner. Maybe I should start eating ketchup.🙃😁

Sherrye, 🌺I haven’t had an apple strudel in years. 😋 Arby’s makes an outrageous apple pie, thank goodness they’re far from us.😁 

When I was a kid my dad would put ketchup on everything to get us to eat it. Ketchup on baloney sandwiches, on scrambled eggs. Sugar on rice. And you mentioned Arby's. I love it! There isn't one anywhere near me and any that were within an hour's drive have been closed and are now Starbuck's. When I travel from Northern California up to Oregon or the Northern California coast I know I can find Arby's at exit's off of Interstate 5, but none along 101. So I take 5.
