I'd gained over 3 lbs Monday due to eating out and a huge amount of salt - yesterday I ate light, drank lots of water, exercised during lunchtime and worked hard in the yard after work until dark. Result: down 5 1/2 lbs today. Amazing, we'll see if it holds. Doing 16:8 fast today, nothing to eat until noon, coconut oil in my coffee this morning. Got a doctor appt. this afternoon, the first I've had since I started living healthier in May, am interested in what he has to say about my weight loss and much improved lab results. One more good thing, got confirmation that we're good for using a condo in Ocean City this weekend, my wife and I are really looking forward to getting away. Have a great day.
