hasnt been a good week in the gym...goooooood mornin....got up this morning to the buzziin of the alarm clock in my ear...at first i wasnt sure what it was..guess i was outta it...but finally my mind started workin an i shut it off...got up an just finished eating..but after walking back into the kitchen an my left knee bothering me...guess i will take the day off an just rest...im guessing the 1 min joggin intervels on the treadmill was what caused my knee to give out today...hate taking off again this week...but experience has taught me..its wiser to take the time off, then push it more..an be off longer...some things you can push an still be able to exercise...but i need my knees for alot more...so ...guess it will be floor exercises today..crunches...reverse crunches...planks...pushups...just whatever i can think of...also use a 20 pound dumb bell to get some kind of a workout..also have a 25 pound weight i can add in for different weight movements...have some outside activity to do today as well...so will get different movement today one way or another...weighed in...up about 1/2 pound but hoping after a dump and a p...it will be a loss...lol...well..guess il remake the bed enough to crawl back into it for alittle extra sleep this morning...still would rather be headed to the gym for a workout...but...in the back of my mind...what little is left...lol...i know that taking the time off is necessary for recovery...have a great one...

You have a great one too and I hope you feel better. Seems like everyone is up too early today. Have a good one and take care of yourself. Wise choice staying home. You don't want to make it any worse.

im gettin ready to head outside an do yard work...didnt ever make it on the floor this morning to do any of the exercise...i did however try on clothes i had in the closet and once i seen the results, exercise was the last thing on my mind...i can almost get into a pair of shorts that i was in last summer...i had on a coat that its to hot now to wear it..but i can now where a hoodie under the coat...so my tummy is shrinkin...in all the right places...well..time to get up an head out..rake them dangggggggg leaves....
