astraea82's Journal, 04 April 2011

So I didn't have so great a weekend in the food department. I did all right until Saturday night when I went to go to a 90th bday celebration. I knew the food would not be healthy, but I figured I wouldn't eat too much of it. And honestly, I didn't go overboard, I had rationed my calories for the day to make room for dinner.

The problem came with the dessert. And the problem was that there was no dessert left! So me and my bf felt short changed and went out for dessert later on. We bought a strawberry cake. I had two slices of that.

Then on Sunday I basically snacked alllll day long. I snacked on grapes and honey and peanut butter and basically whatever I could find in my apt. I also snacked on cereal, which I have not had since I started P90X.

Another bad thing was that I tasted this caramel pecan silk supreme pie from Baker's square. OMG, this is one of the most delicious pies I have EVER had in my life! Now I am craving it.

The good thing is that I just came on here and read about how other people are struggling over the weekends. And how they have the resolve to jump back on the wagon and get back into their nutrition plan. And so that gives me the motivation to do the same. And not have ice cream for dinner.

So thanks Fat Secret friends! You have saved me once again!!!!
