So until now I have been allowing myself to have a cheat meal from the P90X program. However, I have recently noticed that this cheat meal has turned into a cheat day, and at times even into a cheat weekend. Not so good!

So I am going to forget about having the cheat meal. If I happen to go out to eat I will, but even then I will attempt to stick to eating the right foods. I still find myself really battling the bingeing and my sweet tooth. I have not developed the kind of control that I need to curb those cravings and stop eating once I have started.

In P90X they recommend the 3 bite rule. If there is a "forbidden" food and someone pressures you to try it, or if you just have to have it, then you can take three bites of it to appease that person or satisfy the craving. I cannot do this. I would have to finish it. So that strategy is out the window.

So I am re-dedicating myself to sticking to the nutrition plan. I still want to whittle down this stubborn belly fat!

I know what you mean by "having to finish it". I thought about buying the 100 calorie packs of Cheeez-itz to help me get over my craving. But I realized once I ate one pack, I'd probably just keeping opening pack behind pack. So I just decided to not get it. Cravings suck! Good Luck!
