rbbtswfl's Journal, 02 September 2014

One week into a low fat, high fiber diet in an attempt to lower triglycerides. Annual blood work came back way too high, and the doctor ordered new blood work in 3 months. Unfortunate motivation, but it's worked well and helped to gain support from my fiancé. He grilled a fabulous filet of mahi mahi for me with roasted asparagus. (I passed on the white rice).
The first week went easier than anticipated, but I know unplanned meals would be a hazard for me, so I need to plan out the recipes and grocery shopping.
