Woke at 218.2, down 1.8 from yesterday. I wasn't hungry for dinner last night so I'm getting the benefit of a super low calorie day yesterday. It's anniversary day and while we won't be going out, I'll check with Denise on getting something special delivered later. UPDATE: Weighed 217.9 after 16:8. Salad and a wrap for lunch. I got cleared by the state to leave the house so I went and got some blood drawn to check on things. It's a beautiful, sunny 65 here on November 11. Hard to argue with that. All the windows are open!
