Hello Jontyboy, very weldone. You are a champion 🏆. I'm still swinging on 117.6lbs I should be 114lbs so eating out with the girls doesn't help. The food was yummy but don't help the tummy!!!. Have a good Rememberance Sunday. ( not sure of spelling). Merry Mel.

Thanks acomandr & moopie123. I made a plan to lose weight, around 1600 then 1800 calories a day, set meals and weighed all my food. If I fall of the wagon I get straight back on.😀👍
