Woke at 220.1, down 1.0 from yesterday. Weighed 220.8 after 16:8 IF (maybe I put lead in my coffee)? 🤪 Anyway, we will get to the 'teens again. Ate sort of a breakfast burrito for lunch. UPDATE: Did a quick check in at 6:30 and found that I squeezed out .3 more pounds to end the day at 219.8. Yay, teens! Red wine and tuna for dinner. Don't judge. 😉
