Finally! able to get back with it. I've been thru a lot lately, and am ready to take a little time for ME now. Still living in an unlivable situation, but have had to make abrupt changes, most not so good. Actually started intermittent fasting again yesterday, so I will record my stats for that for a jumbing off point.
