goooooood morning...i havent been journaling lately cause most days are just like the day before...and i just felt like it was gettin in a rut with journaling...an didnt want it to get old..but wanted to journal today to explain how i feel about food...and how i can only eat so much of it thru the day...when i was in my 30s-40s then yes i ate more food and i was alot more active and if i only ate what i do now, id be sneeking snacks alot more then i do now...im in my mid 60s...other then doing a morning workout, not really that active less i find something thru the day to do to keep me up an moving...and with summer coming on, then i am finding more to do to stay active thru the day...and eating isnt as important to me anymore as it once was...when im hungry i eat, but just to eat to be eating...a thing of the past...i believe in calories in have to be burned off...or they settle in my mid section and then its more i have to work off...so...watching what i eat and stayin low in carbs seems to work for me..i am also a firm believer in keeping the water going in...as thats how you get the toxic food outta your system faster when you have days that food seems to be your buddy...so easy to still fall back on eating food when im more tired or when i dont get my water intake...days are easier as far as just grabbin something an eating it...since i now cook ahead an have for a couple of years...makes it alot easier...to stick to a plan that works for me...and thats what this is all about...sticking to a plan that works for you...forgiving yourslf when you mess up and gettin back into your plan and exercising to burn off any and all calories that you take in...we all have injuries from time to time, and when i do...then i find a way of working other muscles that i dont normally work...i have a hard time just taking days off and not getting some kind of a workout in...even my days off...i usually get out my dumb bells an do an arm or core workout..just cause i get bored or feel like i need to do some kind of a workout...have a great one...consistency gets you to that next mini goal...

Morning! I am at work now. Thanks for the pm and the suggestion. It's a great one. I know journaling can get like that but it lets us keep in touch with each other even if we don't have lots to say. I enjoy keeping in touch with you so keep journaling...Have a great day!!
