Love that even if I don't record the weekends - I still manage to stay on track. Went fishing for several hours on Saturday - caught a bunch of perch and fried up 3 of them for dinner on Saturday night. Olive oil, a little butter for flavor in the Bacon seasoned skillet. Skinless fish in flour and fried till golden brown. Yummmm
178.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
