Happy Saturday. I ate a steak before bed last night due to the strange wake/sleep times of my friends, and I'm pretty sure it's still in my stomach lol. Today I'm going to aim for about 70 carbs. Not as strict as the 50, and gives me enough wiggle room to have more fruits and veg. Of course, it means I have to run to Trader Joe's after my last violin lesson this morning. mmm beginner violins in the morning
